We are Las Jefas.

The name of our company didn’t come out of nowhere. A Jefa is a boss: someone who takes the lead, gets things done, and doesn’t wait around for someone else to solve it. That’s exactly who we are!

As expats in Valencia ourselves, we’ve experienced how overwhelming a new city can feel. You don’t always know where to start, who to call, or how things work here. Valencia is beautiful, but it can also feel like a maze of “mañana, mañana,” rules, and unspoken ways of doing things.

Luckily for you, we had to figure it all out ourselves first. Along the way, we built a strong and supportive network, and because of that, we now know how things really work here. We use that experience to help others find their way.
